I want to give a massive thank you to Blooming Good Care. My mum Freda Jones has lived in Alsager most of her life. As she aged and became more frail we were truly blessed to find Lisa and her wonderful team who loved her, cared for her and enabled her to live in her beloved bungy until she became very poorly and spent her last two weeks in hospital, where she died on 2nd November last year. Not bad for a 96 year old who was nearer to 97 than she would have admitted.

We will be forever indebted to them for making her last months so happy. Lisa even made the effort to come and visit mum in Stafford hospital.

If anyone is looking for carers I can’t recommend this team highly enough.

Lisa is a friendly, professional and approachable person who has a wide range of knowledge within the care industry. I understand that Lisa has held a senior position within nursing for a number of years before she decided to venture into domiciliary care.

I contacted Blooming Good Care as my mother (aged 97) and living in her own home wanted to stay there, but needed assistance especially as my home is 50 miles away. Lisa Simpson, who is the owner and manager, impressed us straight away with her professional approach and the way she communicated with us and my mother on her first visit. We agreed on a package of care that could be reviewed if necessary and Lisa has just completed the first month. She has established an excellent relationship with my mother and has provided a top notch service which includes a short bulletin sent by email after her visits. There has been a great improvement in my mother's attitude to her own health and I have much more peace of mind knowing that she is being cared for so well. I have no hesitation in recommending Blooming Good Care to anyone.

The care offered by Blooming Good Care is tailored ever-changing needs and alters on a daily basis according to how my mum feels. From support with general tasks to helping with personal care such as showering to companionship everything is completed with care and consideration for my mum and her home. They do everything well. My mum is 95 with multiple health problems and they call once a day to care for her and her bungalow. She loves Lisa and Melanie. They clean her bungalow every other week, and even feed the old cat and change the litter tray. They prepare mums lunch and make a sandwich for her tea. Check she has taken her medication and make a fuss of her chatting away and giving her the company she loves. They also change her bed linen. I get an online daily report on mum via nurse buddy that reassures me all is well. They give her all the time she needs. Being a retired nurse and midwife who has worked in the NHS for 41 years I feel their care is of the highest standards.

I can not express enough how much we LOVE Blooming Good Care and all the ladies that have cared for mom and dad. Having Blooming Good Care has been a life line for us. Having the nurse Buddy app has been absolutely essential for our peace of mind. 

I just want you to know that we value you and your team immensely and appreciate that you always go above and beyond to help our family.
